As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and processing payments.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide them with menus - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) and process payments - Ensure accuracy in cash handling and provide change to customers - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Experience - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes - Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing At our restaurant, we value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
