Responsibilities:
The Consultant (Human Capital) will support Barrow Wise's Navy project and perform the following duties:
Review current human capital strategy (HCS) management practices at individual element as well as HCS effectiveness at the command levelProvide independent assessment of current human capital strategy process strengths and weaknessesProvide prioritized gap analysis on missing HCS element/activity or missing required relationships between element(s)/activityRecommend areas of highest return on investment to deep dive into specific HCS elements or command effectiveness improvementPropose future work effort(s) to facilitate recommendation implementationDevelop a roadmap for human capital strategy improvement opportunitiesRecommend metrics to measure PHD's HCS effectivenessDevelop well-written assessment reports in draft and final versionsPresent the reports to high level officials Performs other duties as assignedAn Ideal Candidate has:
