Role and
Responsibilities:
Full Time Associate Technical Applications Specialist position supporting the AEGISDepartment providing logistics services in support of the upgrades for the DDGs and CGs in the fleet.
Position
Qualifications:
o Must have an Associate's Degree and 1 - 3 years of applicable experience Or no degree and 5 years ofapplicable experience.
o Must be able to review and drafting maintenance planning documents (Maintenance Plans, Level ofRepair Analysis (LORA), inventory lists, Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs)Support and Test Equipment (STE) Common Support Equipment (CSE) & Peculiar Support Equipment(PSE)).
o Must be able to research and provide part provisioning support, developing hardware inventory lists forvarious system configurationso Must be attention to detail and able to develop logistics support status reports.
o Must be able to understand and support Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) & Interim Support Plans(ISP).
o Must be able to inventory, track, research and document status Diminishing Manufacturing Sources andMaterial Shortages (DMSMS) COTS Management Plan (DCMP).
o Must be able to understand Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) & Failure Mode, Effects, andCriticality Analysis (FMECA) data and draft maintenance planning documents.
o Must be able to analyze Engineer Change Proposals (ECP) and Ordnance Alterations (ORDALTS)documentation.
o Must have computer Microsoft Office skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data entry)o Have a valid driver's license with own transportation.
o Must be able to receive and maintain a security clearance.
o Must be able to work under minimal supervision, perform and complete tasks with limited guidance.
o Able to follow company policies and procedures.
o Able to write, speak and understand English and able to write clear, detailed reports.
Preferred Skills:
o Navy FC Schoolo Previous NAVSEA Logistics experience.
Physical Requirements:
o Must be able to travel if/when required.
